EWPA’s Academy Development plan highlights the key priorities that will be focused on in the current academic year. The priorities are linked to the key areas of: Leadership and Management; Teaching, Learning and Assessment; Behaviour and Welfare; Outcomes and EYFS. This is a working document and is continually reviewed and developed throughout the year.
EWPA recognises the importance of self-evaluation as a crucial part of our school’s ongoing cycle of review and planning. This form is designed to be an important tool in this process, enabling us to capture a summary of our evaluations. In the form we indicate our key strengths as well as what needs to developed to effect improvement. The form clearly outlines the progress of our children, the effectiveness of our teaching, the behaviour and safety of our children and the quality of the school’s leadership.
Ofsted graded our school as ‘good’ in March 2016.
